Bug Description
Mint 16 Cinnamon
Mint 16 will not allow the use of Shift + and arrow key for a keyboard shortcut because, quote, "You will not be able to type using that key".
You can't type with the arrow keys anyway, if you try it in a text editor it produces nothing, if you try it in a terminal it produces the keycode for the arrow key, nothing else, not much use for typing with.
This combo is a valid shortcut, I use it in every other distro I run except MInt, this is therefore a bug, albeit a fairly minor one.
