Bug Description
# Mint 16
# When a folder or file has "#" at the start of its name, in folder view (etc.) the object is placed after "z" when all objects are placed in alphanumeric order.
# I am pretty sure that "#" at the start of a name should put it before "a" rather than after "z"
# Not sure if this problem also existed in Mint 14 and 15.
