Bug Description
Mint 15 Cinnamon 64- When I change settings in Themes (such as Icons, Controls, etc) or Panel Settings the whole system freezes. A reboot is required to make the system usable again.

Same problem here with Mint 15 Cinnamon 64-bit on a Lenovo T430. I recently tried the RC release of Mint 16 Cinnamon, and I suffer the same problem. If I play around with the theme settings long enough, I'm almost guaranteed a freeze.
