blogilo spell check not functional

Bug Description
I have Mint13 with both aspell and hunspell installed because of other packages which need them. Still, after install blogilo from the distro, spell check is greyed out. The Wiki says it uses "kde spell check", but I cannot find a package listed in synaptic which says "kde spell check".
Release: 13 (maya)
Edition: KDE 64-bit
Can we please ensure that the blogilo package lists its spell checker as a requirement so synaptic can install it?
