Software Manager contains non working programs

Bug Description
Mint 13 64 bit.
The Software Manager won't let me comment anything it keeps complaining about a wrong password although the password is correct.

Invalid username
Your username is incorrect. To change it, click on the 'Edit' menu and select 'Account information'.

I can reproduce it every time and others seem to have no problem!
After a new registration it worked. ( at least once )
I have to wait and see what it does the next time.
