Strange custom keybinding behavior with 'Super' key in Cinnamon

Bug Description
I'm on Maya 13 amd64 Cinnamon with all possible updates.
I set the following keybindings in order to release the standard ones for applications: Winkey+T for open terminal and Winkey+L to lock the screen. They were recognized as Super-t and Super-l correspondingly and worked quite fine.
After update to Cinnamon 1.6.7 I've noticed that I have to press the each of the two mentioned key combination twice to call the action.
