Cinnamon 1.6 fails to start and throws a JS error

1) Mint 13/Maya X86 cinnamon 1.6.0+maya
2) Updated and installed a whole slew of new packages
3)Cinnamon fails to start
4)A window Manager
5) Every time

Output from doing an Export DISPLAY=0:0 then trying to hand start cinnamon from another VT
