Bug Description
When the Caps lock key is pressed, the keyboard has a behavior like with permanently pressed function key FN.

Issue found on:
Linux Mint Maya (32-bit) with MATE environment
Linux Mint Debian Edition
On Mint 11 keyboard worked properly
HW:
ASUS EEE-1000h
CAUSE:
eeepc_laptop kernel module is not loaded
WORKAROUND:
1) check if modules eeepc-laptop.ko, eeepc-wmi.ko are present on the system
2) add to /etc/modules line with eeepc_laptop
3) reboot you netbook
4) keyboard will work properly
