Bug Description
When doing a dist-upgrade this morning from LMDE/testing I got errors when mintinstall was being upgraded:

I'm running LMDE 32-bit with KDE bolted on top from Debian testing and qt-kde/debian experimental. The complete output of the upgrade portion of my sudo update && sudo dist-upgrade is:
