Bug Description

The OE images do not have sftp support in the ssh daemon.

/etc/ssh/sshd_config has the following line:

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

but there is no /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server, not sftp-server anywhere else.

This is currently blocking testing vm group jobs (https://cards.linaro.org/browse/CARD-932) using images from CI

which OE image are you using? if it's minimal, it's expected. alip and lamp have sftp.

I am using the LNG builds, e.g.

linaro-image-lng-genericarmv7a-20140421-249.rootfs.tar.gz

Since it already includes qemu, also including sftp would not make much
of a difference.
