gstreamer symbol issue: gst_debug_log2

The linaro builds of gstreamer reference an optimized gst_debug_log2 symbol, in lieu of gst_debug_log. Programs compiled with this package fail to run on Ubuntu for example, as its package doesn't contain that extra symbol. This was reported by a SW vendor.

The patch at https://launchpadlibrarian.net/110415776/gstreamer0.10_0.10.36-1ubuntu1_0.10.36-1ubuntu1%2Bti1.6.3.2%2B1.diff.gz contains the change that produces the issue. This affects the ARMHF build only.

It seems the patch should be upstreamed before being included in the builds.
