Bug Description
a BUILD-INFO.txt uploaded under www/ with the following content:
Format-Version: 0.5
Files-Pattern: qemu-2013-
qemu-2013-
license-type: open
Files-Pattern: MANIFEST, MD5SUMS, HOWTO_*, lava-job-info*
License-Type: open
can prevent access to the site (Error parsing BUILD-INFO.txt).
Preliminary investigation shows that the following jobs are triggering the issue:

The code to generate the file is as follow:
cat << EOF > ${WORKSPACE}
Format-Version: 0.5
Files-Pattern: *
