Integrate vincent 's upstream and reference branches on to on-demand android build

Please configure android build for following branches, this is on-demand build to be run on "vexpress-tc2-benchmark-01" LAVA devices and will be running workload automation testing of A15/A7 and MP1/2/3/4 models only. please allow build permissions to me (naresh) and make this build type as private because we are running private workload automation tests.
