Bug Description

Please, include tinyhal into Linaro Android builds:

It will be nice if we can document what's need to be done to include a component into our builds.

Do we still have to follow the copy instructions in attached README in hardware/linaro/tinyhal in linaro 12.06 source or it is part of the build system in 12.06 release?
