Bug Description
ECM settings on 4.2 is broken. Tried it on pandaboard but it doesnt work:

Manually configuring ethernet works:
netcfg eth0 up
netcfg eth0 dhcp
setprop.net.dns1 8.8.8.8

When I changed to selected eth0 as the Ethernet Devices from the Ethernet Configuration after booted,
I can access the internet like www.google.com,
and "eth0: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex, lpa 0x45E1" is displayed on the console
