Please include build-info generator in the vendor tarball

Bug Description

As per blueprint:

https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-android/+spec/include-build-info-txt

We should include the contents of: https://github.com/zyga/android-build-info/tarball/snowball in the vendor tarball.

Once this is done we can re-issue the tarball and update snowball jobs to use it. This way the EULA will not depend on job name in jenkins and instead will be a part of the binary blob overlay.

I've requested RT to upload two new tarballs to snapshots. RT ticket number is 538.

We have the new tarball on snapshots.linaro.org. Currently they have incorrect permissions. RT ticket has been requested to fix this.

Tarballs have been upgraded and uploaded to snapshot. The links must be made available by RT ticket 538. From there tarballs need to be pushed to igloo and android image configuration upgraded with the newest configuration.

My intent for opening this ticket is to ensure that all subsequent releases of vendor tarballs keep that extra directory intact
