Bug Description
We've created a patch that makes perf available in Android - it needs to be added to all board kernels.
The patch is relative to the Panda kernel and might need minor adjustments on other kernels (let me know if there's any problems).

To get into all kernels this needs to be added to linux-linaro- core-tracking branch, you need to speak to Andrey Konovalov about that (John Stulz may have opinions too as its Android related.). As vexpress is being built from the linux-linaro branch the patch will automatically be included once it gets into linux-linaro- core-tracking.
Some (most?) teams will still be based of older kernels for the 12.06 release so they need talking to individually about getting the patch in. (I beleive Andrey was planning on updating the 3.4 'core' branch, so this patch could go in there as well, but I don't know if other teams will automatically pict that up for their Android kernels.)
