Bug Description

Please add an option to 'Open links' (in the browser) in the background.

I think there's no need for this option since Lightread automatically opens link on your default web browser. I'm using Lightread version 1.1.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (64-bit).

In fact, it opens a new web browser window if, say Firefox, is not yet running. If it is running already, it just opens a new tab (based on your current browser settings).
