lighread show very old unread items

Bug Description
In my google reader i have 0 unread items while in Lighread it shows 50+ items all from one-two months ago as unread.
when I mark them as read and then sync again it show other very old unread items (always 50)
i think them are the ones that i kept unread in the last months and now they show up as still unread while they aren't

I'm seeing the problem as well, but it's not always 50 off - right now Lightread is showing 123 unread, while the Google web interface and gReader both show 102. Interestingly 2 of the unreads are in the CNet news feed and are from June 2010. Also the number of starred items doesn't match - the web (and gReader) both say 6, Lightread says 8 with 2 from over 2 years ago.
