Lighdm won't run display-setup-script from lighdm.conf

I have a display-setup-script set up, so that lighdm properly set resolution for my dual-screen setup. But some time ago it just stopped working, and I did not touch a thing related to lighdm whatsoever. Running Lighdm 1.2.3 on Ubuntu 12.04.3 64bit.

14.04 have same issue. Any update?
