Bug Description
The showdesktop-button and window list icons are cropped on the bottom. This is happening because the combined total interior border for a button in Radiance is 5 pixels/side. On a 24 pixel high panel, this leaves only 14 of the 16x16 small toolbar icon to show within the button.
Attached is a patch which reduces the -inner-border by 1 for buttons on PanelApplets to allow the entire 16x16 icon to show.
