Bug Description
Lifesaver displays posts that contain the word ubuntu regardless of language. I only want posts in English.
I know twitter.com at least allows you to search tweets by language, by using the advanced search feature:

I think it would make sense to have a gconf option to limit the language, but by default I'd want to keep it universal I think.
