I have compiz fusion, the window list prefs is set to "show windows from current workspace"
from time to time (I did not yet find a situation where I can provoke the behaviour explicitly), suddenly the displayed windows are mixed up.
Examples:
-) Firefox on workspace 1, IntelliJ IDEA on workspace two. If one of the two is maximized, often its icon in the window list is displayed even if I switch to another workspace.
-) Sometimes, the IntelliJ icon disappears, although the window still is visible on the current workspace. Minimizing the window will bring the icon back.
-) Opening a window (e.g. file browser) on a 3rd workspace: The icon is also visible on ws 2, but not on ws 1. |
