Purchased music should be streamable

After purchasing music, it should be immediately streamable start to finish, and there should be buttons on the My Downloads page to stream the music. Also, wherever the music is found in the store, the streaming buttons should no longer be a sample, but should instead be the full song.

This seems fair, and eliminates a couple problems:
 - users would no longer have to wait for songs to download before listening to them (improved UX)
 - users would not be able to purchase music a second time, and instead would be redirected to their downloads page
 - a more personalized experience for users
