Bug Description
[Impact]
File channel resources are not cleaned up during destroy_
[Test Case]
Run valgrind and check that no memory is leaked from the libgrip library on shutdown.
[Regression Potential]
Practically none. Explicit cleanup was added, should be more robust. Any regressions are likely to be found when destroying registration, such as when the application shuts down.
