Bug Description
I think the AutoCAD version (number) should be a global parameter since there is no use in writing entities with different versions to the same dxf file.
While reading a dxf file it should comply to a single AutoCAD version.

the version info is stored in the header. maybe we should think of a global file struct that could hold everything for the dxf file, so we could just pass it to everything and have all the info together.
