Add ability to automatically generate ical for certain events

Bug Description

Ubuntu Open Week and Ubuntu Developer Week display their time tables in the same format every time. In the past, we have had some problems getting an ical calendar created in time for the start of the event. It would be useful if for these events, lernid would be able to parse the wiki table to generate the ical file it uses.

Nathan, do you agree that with the new Learning Events Calendar, this is no longer needed?

Yeah, I do not think this bug is valid any longer. The current plan is that the Learning Events Calendar will contain all sessions that are held in #ubuntu-classroom (including stuff like Ubuntu Open Week and Ubuntu Developer Week). As a result, there will no longer be separate icals for these events. We will also eventually have a script that will update the wiki based on the ical (sort of the opposite of what this bug originally requested).
