Bug Description
Implement a simple scheme where you are running a stable version of Leo, but can load plugins from bzr version of leo (in addition to stable plugins)
Various approaches exist, including sys.path hacks, "setup.py develop", perhaps symlinking to the leo/plugins dir to create different package name...
I envision you could use bleeding edge plugins by having in your enabled-plugins stuff like:
bleedingedge.
Where bleedingedge is a symlink to leo/plugins in your bzr checkout.
