Bug Description
bzr accepts, and therefore saves, urls of the form "lp:~/charmworld/sso" (Note that the username is not specified, but is left to the client to determine.)
lbox should also accept such URLs. Instead, it gives:
error: Failed to load data for branch lp:~/charmworld/sso: resource not found

How is the "left to the client to determine" logic implemented?
There's no logic inside lbox to handle "lp:" URLs specially at the moment. Everything is done by Launchpad.
