Bug Description

Using http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Combining_diacritics as a base, LazyHandwriter has no real useful anchors, only "Top" and "Bottom", and those are rather ambiguous.

To fix: Add the ones suggested on that page to all applicable characters.
