Bug Description

With the new lava-tool commands available on the CLI, a user can now run:

lava status $JOB_ID

to get the results of a job. If a job is complete, the command will print the bundle SHA on the CLI.
We should provide instead a URL to the bundle instead of just the SHA sum.

This might be easier to fix after bug 1206579.
