filter out master image logs on "complete log" view

Bug Description

use case: a user wants to view relevant logs asap.

The "complete log" displays all the logs including master image logs and LAVA machinery. It makes search of particular strings on real DUT less easy to find. In the same way we have buttons on the "simplified log", could we optionally filter out master image logs. Default being filtered. I guess really complete log is useful but in a minority of use cases.

Yeah, I'd like to do something like this. I have a few ideas, I should
brain dump them somewhere...

Expanding and Collapsing master image console output. By default master image console output should be collapsed.
