"subscribe to target goal" is present when there is no goal

The majority of the plots have no goal, yet I am able to subscribe to them and the notification switches to "Unsubscribe from target goal"
Only the plot "Arndale LE" has a target goal, but you can't see what its value is on the plot, the value of the goal should be displayed.
