See translation status when looking at sourcepackage

This actually happens when there are a smaller number of templates. For example, look at https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/+source/gimp/.

However, since we are showing three-dimensional data (i.e. you can have more than one language as the preferred language, and possibly multiple templates), we can stick it all into one table. Or maybe we can:

  first-template Serbian 100% ...
  first-template German 100% ...
  second-template Serbian 100% ...
  second-template German 100% ...

I don't know of a good way to present this. Starting from your suggestion, though, I would suggest only giving the template name on the first row for that template.

I can see that the template "title" is not at all useful on this page. Is it useful elsewhere?

I was also thinking of just showing the template name for the first time (maybe even a <td rowspan=...>). A template name would basically replace "View template and all languages" link, but would it be as discoverable (not that the current solution is ideal, far from it)? Maybe add an "extend this view" button (something like a "+" icon) next to the template name?

I think a layout like this would also improve the current display where it works already (i.e. the gimp page).

As far as template title is concerned, it indeed doesn't look very useful on this page, since we've got page heading/title of "Translation templates for gimp in Ubuntu Feisty", and then we repeat all of that in each template title: 'Template "gimp20" in Ubuntu Feisty package "gimp"'. I will have to check to see if it's useful elsewhere.

Actually, I think we should just use the same approach we are using for distribution and products today: show statistics by language.
