inlineedit widget does not explain what is being edited.

I would like a mechanism for displaying an informational message along a TextAreaEditorWidget. I would like it to be hidden when the field is not being edited and shown when it is edited.

The reason I ask for this is to be able to display an info text when editing the blueprint whiteboard, about not putting work items there anymore. I'd want the user to be reminded about this when editing, but not have the message clutter up the UI when not editing the whiteboard.
