Better distinguish between "Changed in Rosetta" and "Newly translated in Rosetta"

Bug Description

The legend for translation charts currently says that blue means "Changed in Rosetta", and purple means "Newly translated in Rosetta".

This is unclear. What does "Changed" mean, if it doesn't mean newly translated?

(When these labels are fixed, they should also no longer use the word "Rosetta".)

"Changed" means that it is translated in a package, but Launchpad has a different translation. Any wording suggestions are welcome.

Changed in rosetta:
importance: Undecided → Medium
status: New → Confirmed
Changed in rosetta:
