Wishlist: Bug administrator can set a "known workaround" field

Bug Description

It would be useful for an bug administrator/project member to be able to set a "known workaround" field that appears below the bug description and has a highly visible link prominently displayed above the fold. This would likely save users a good bit of time searching through the comments for the accepted workaround for an issue, if such exists.

I'm fairly sure this is a dupe. Note that the workaround for this is
to edit the description (which is editable explicitly to permit such
things) :)
