Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/859474/comments/14 contains the following url that is incorrectly marked up by Launchpad:

(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-synaptics/+bug/846736)!?

Trailing punctuation should be ignored in urls, even if it is technically valid, because if left in it is almost always an invalid url.
