Status: New => Confirmed
Ubuntu has, for roughly as long as Launchpad existed, used bugs to track various workflow items like (in this case) freeze exceptions. We've gone to great lengths to train triagers not to mess with such bugs, but the new automatic confirmation process breaks the workflow.
