No association between a milestone and bzr tags in code

Bug Description
Currently, there doesn't seem to be any association between released launchpad milestones and the bzr tags in the repository. It would be nice if each released milestone created a corresponding tag in the bzr repository, with the user being able to go from the milestone to the corresponding revision of the code in bazaar in a few clicks.
