Merged teams with ppas are still linked to from +archivesubscriptions

Bug Description

If a team with a private ppa has been merged it is still linked to from ~/+archivesubscriptions.

For example on my +archivesubscriptions page I have entries in the list like this:
Archive: Foo (ppa:foo-merged/ppa)
Owner: Foo -> this link goes to ~foo-merged which 404s
View -> this link gives me info about the ppa
