Bug Description
Since there is no Message associated to the opening of a new ticket (see bug 50562), we don't have permanent message-id to refer to the first notification message sent.
This result in the first comment not threading properly under the original notification. Following comments thread properly under the previous comment.
The Blueprints equivalent is bug 739232.

If inserted via web, it wont work.
shouldn't this also affect other modules of launchpad, and not only Answers ?
