Bug Description

OOPS-2067TEB18 shows a ConcurrentUpdateError: Translations branch for Yawf 0.2 series has pending translations changes. Not committing. triggered by a run of the translations-export-to-branch script

This could be a regression of bug 648075 and might be fixed by bug 787611 fix.

I've duped it, because the problem is the way the error is handled, not the fact that it's raised at all.
