Bug Description
The old publish-ftpmaster ran dsync on the archive to eliminate unneeded duplicates. We were told there was really no point in supporting this in the new publish-ftpmaster script, but now we're hearing that this may be a concern after all.
Go back to removing duplicates. But avoid hardlinking the dists backup & working-copy directories, of course!
