If Ubuntu developers want to take a change from a merge proposal on Launchpad and send it upstream to Debian, it would be a bit easier to do so if Launchpad itself produced a debdiff, as well as plain diff between the branches. |
In talking to Ubuntu developers I discovered none had realized there was a "download diff" link on a merge proposal page, and they said adding such a feature would be highly useful. Therefore it seems that improving the ui so that people can actually find the existing feature would be highly useful. |
