Bug Description
When persontransferjob oopses, the sent email doesn't indicate that a person transferjob failed. Instead, it says "Launchpad encountered an internal error during the following operation: unspecified operation" It should include a description of the operation.
This was seen in emails about OOPS-2011REPORTIFSEEN223
