This came up on IRC as Martin was noting that he suddenly had the string "(Unamed)" in his bug mail and wasn't clear what this meant or how to change it.

I'll triage HIGH and tag with the story tag since this is in progress, but, of course, I leave it to the Yellow Squad to re-triage appropriately.

Why do they need names at all? I mean - it might be easier for users
to show the actual filters in a table and let them manipulate them
directly rather than having them as named first-class objects.
