Bug Description
Beyond bug 721065, it seems like the 'edit this recipe' link is uneeded because we have in-place editing. If we move the help to the main page we can ditch the static +edit altogether (at least when js is enabled)

A bit more is needed that just moving the help to the main page. The +edit recipe page also displays related source package and project series branches. Plus the main overview page does not appear to allow the recipe description to be edited.
