Bug Description

Hi,

I am trying to do this using launchpadlib
 archive.getBuildRecords(build_state=state, source_name=source)
and I expect to get the build records for the one package (package name in source) but I get the records for all the packages that contains the sub string source.

Trying for instance source_name='perl' I would like to get build records for just 'perl' and not 'libpath-dispatcher-declarative-perl' etc. My solution now is to filter the output from getBuildRecords() but for perl in particular this takes minutes.

IIRC there is an exact_match parameter deeper in the library, just exposing that on the public API should be enough.
