Cannot undo bug status change if I lack permission to set the previous status

This is a story I think we deal with quite a bit :)

Okay, I am viewing a bug report for a project I am not involved in. I accidentally change the status from Triaged to In Progress. I cannot change it back from this point, because I don't have permission to set the status to Triaged. As a result, I generate work for somebody.

There should either be an Undo button for these kinds of changes, or Launchpad should permit people to set the status of a bug to whatever it was before, regardless of ordinary permissions.
